Vargiu Accountants had been established for 15 years and grown successfully through Leo’s hard work and commitment to his clients, however this was becoming difficult to sustain. The practice was overly dependent on Leo, leaving him little time to develop strategy or market to new clients, and was nearing capacity under its existing structure and culture.
Leo and I worked together to establish the practice’s direction as well as its mission and values. Vargiu Accountants was restructured for growth, new systems introduced, marketing initiatives implemented and additional staff recruited, allowing for client servicing to be expanded. All of these new hires remain with the practice today.
